Pros and cons of communism
What are all the arguments for and against communism?
Laziness. Everyone contributed differently and everyone receives the same compensation. There is no motivation to do more than your part as you receive the same if you do nothing. You can’t account for laziness.

Equality. The main tenet of progressive and modern society is equality for all. No system better promotes this ideal than communism. “Each according to his ability, each according to his need”.

Freedom. Many personal liberties are lost in a communist society in order to benefit the common good. Freedom of speech, expression and the media all suffer as the governments are often forced to totalitarian tactics in order to enforce the rules of society.

Corruption. When individual powers are taken from they lose an important weapon in the fight against government tyranny. With the government wielding much power over the populace corruption often follows.

Increases industrial power. Massive projects can be carried out due to the elimination of individual self-interest. Economic resources can be mobilised to push forward imperative social goals that benefit everyone.

Healthcare. A healthy population is the most important aspect to any prosperous society and under communists governments everybody will be entitled to healthcare regardless of class, gender, race.

Military might. Nobody is free from military duty in an equal society. Everybody will have military training and be called upon during times of war providing a great force for adversaries to contend with.
