Are dried cranberries good for you?

7 Answer(s)

Urinary tract infections. Cranberries contain compounds called proanthocyanidins (PACs) that have strong bacterial anti-adhesion properties. They prevent bacteria from adhering to the walls of the bladder and the urinary tract. While juice is the best option for this benefit dried cranberries are also good.
